A recently pt/pd print 5x7 from my Artist-in-residence last April. My sister and BIL were visiting and snapped this photo of me in my volunteer uniform setting up the camera. At one point (after I exposed my film), I had a dozen visitors in line waiting to look through the camera.

I scanned the print -- which tends to over-emphasize the texture of the paper.

Going way up the country (in Ohio, that is), and I found this. When I find out what It is, I'll let you know.

Also, while up the country, I found this too. Don't know if only the wagon is for sale, or the whole farm.

I enjoy the ambiguity here, sometimes a question is better than an answer, nice work

TMY-2 5x7, Canham MQC, 210mm Rodenstock Macro Sironar

Printed on Dupont Varigam expired 1/1969 in well expired Edwal G with Benzotriazole using a Durst 138 with custom LED head at about 1:1

I was given a box of 8.5x11 Varigam which expired almost two years before I was born. I didn't have high hopes for it, but found minimal fog with Ansco 130 but low contrast. I also had a 15 year old bottle of Edwal G that I got with some darkroom stuff. I was assuming it was bad, so I thought I would test it too. Much less fog and higher contrast than the 130. I added an ounce of .2% Benzotriazole and that seems to have suppressed the fog almost entirely.

I thought I was likely the only one around printing on Varigam. I am down to my last 500 sheet box. It is a great paper if one knows how to use it. ALso I have found that Varigam filters work far better than any of the more modern ones. Enjoy it while you can.
