I fought with this one! My final conclusion is that the wall is wavy. If you look close the majority of the bricks are horizontal..there is a L to R wave and an in to out wave

I love this last one! great composition! so graphical...

Maybe I would even tweak the bottom part to have the exact same tonality as the upper part to confuse even more the perspective... but thats just me.

Wow! Laron all 3 are stunning.

How did you get number 1? I love the street and how it looks. There is almost an HDR look to this and i mean that in the best possible way

Yes, they are all great but the first one for me is a total stand out.

That first image is very nice, I love the contrast of housing and industry.

Laron, where is your subject located? Excellent work by the way.

    thanks!

about the first image: it was taken just after sunset so the street had the lights on, this is why it is so bright and still the sky had also a great amount of luminosity so everything got some even lighting, I did not force it in post. otherwise I dont like neither the unnatural forced flat look of usual hdris.
there was also around one stop more exposure and a bit of push developing too to have everything a bit washed out and dreamy. in lightroom I had to desature the yellows/oranges quite a bit because they were way too saturated, the whole street was a yellow flood which I didnt like this time. the reds were quite magenta-ish already but I pushed a bit more, I liked the overall color balance more this way. the film I used has been expired 10 years ago and I didnt kept in fridge neither, but the colors looks still quite ok, even better this time.

Mark, I have geo tagged it on flickr you can check the exact location. But its in Basel too like all others Ive made so far...
