I stream music through my iPhone which is just outside the darkroom. It's plugged in to an FM modulator that sends the music to a (dark) radio inside.
Here are some pictures of my recently completed FIRST darkroom, where I only expect to make B&W prints from my 4x5in and 6x7cm films. The darkroom is about 7X16ft in area, and has two Beselar enlargers that were given to me by LF photographer friends here in the upper US Midwestern area. The first 3 attached images were taken inside the darkroom, while the last one is of a print mounting and matting work area directly outside the darkroom. I have completed local courses in basic B&W printmaking, but can now continue in my own darkroom and look forward to lots of fun. ....

JMO, that looks nice. Better than my first darkroom, or second, or third...
I'd check those fluorescent lights. They can glow after offing, fogging film, etc.

Eric, I had fluorescent fixtures in my first two darkrooms and never saw any effects. I have LED's in my present darkroom, just in case...........L
hahaha..!! yes, no 507 head in this photo, I am modifying the original closed loop head, transforming it into a manual LED head.
I am also making an adapter to transform this enlarger in a larger format (11'x14'). But this will take time.
the "helmet head"...!!! I didn't think about it, could be a good idea, thanks, lol...
Ok, let's get this thread moving again. Surely there must be some new darkrooms out there!
Then this may be the largest one, a Hohlux Electron 30x40cm:
I was lucky to grab the vacuum plate ( nearly 100Kg), the control station, a really big fan and the complete head with its shutter unit.
I "only" have to build a big enough darkroom and to install the parts onto a wall :-)
And I have to figure out how the 8 x 1000Watts Xenon light will work; unfortunately the complete electronics stood in the basic chassis of the Electron, which, for me, was too heavy to move.
More than 800 Kg...
I hope that next winter I will find the time to restart the parts as a vertical or maybe horizontal enlarger.
Of course I will show some pics then,
Ritchie
