I didn't know the Beseler 4x5 was available on a non motorized frame?

Nope, Duolab...it's a Beseler 45H like I have. Near as I can figure, this was Beseler's economy 4 X 5 model back in the late 1950's-early 1960's. Uses a 23C frame and the head assembly from a 4 x 5 model. Kind of a Beseler Frankenstein..

Thats pretty interesting. I wonder if you could make a DIY version of this. Speaking as someone who's Beseler 45 motor fried itself and I would rather wall mount it like that anyways.

Ah I see now. It does look a bit more compact than a conventional Beseler 45 at least, but not needing a motor would at least solve one of my dilemmas.

I recently upgraded my darkroom and added a good sink -I built it in an 8'x16' tuff shed. I had fun with the plumbing - the faucet was designed for use in a basement basin - but I like the retro look of the faucet and made it work.

I use the same faucet in my wash up sink. First model lasted 30 years and had to finally replace it with the same model in November. Not as pretty looking as yours since the copper has lost it sheen over the years.
I really like what you have done with shed. Good work

Here is my basement darkroom after a renovation this past winter. I picked up a Sebastian sink, fully PVC plastic construction from an art school that was closing their wet darkroom down. I had to re-arrange everything to fit it in, so now I have a side for developing prints and a sink just for chemical preparation and film developing.

anti-fatigue mats are the cat's pajamas for comfortable printing sessions. have one by my enlargers, and another by the sink.
