    Chamonix Extension Rack

Does anyone have a photo of this accessory or can point to a URL of one? Thanks!

I don't have a digital camera, so could only describe it. It is the piece of carbon fiber that attaches to the end of extension bed, and front standard attaches to it. Total belllows extension with the rack is around 500mm, which is close to the maximum for standard bellows. Extension rack is very compact and light. Camera is still pretty rigid with the rack, at least with my lenses. Adding/removing the rack takes 2-3 minutes.

The picture does exist on this forum, if you want to search... I remember commenting it's illogical construction - if you want to search in my posts...

Richard, mine was for 045 (small version), I believe that Will's is for 810 (and maybe larger), so you might just take look at his photo, but if you need to see mine, I can post it up.

Will, thanks for posting the photo. Can you tell me the length and width of the extension?
I guess you find it stable and rigid enough? I've seen such extensions that overlay the bed of the camera and are attached by 2 screws to the bed, leaving the one socket for attaching the front standard. Overlap length is variable by choosing which 2 holes on the base to attach to. VERY stable. If I find a photo, I'll post it.
