Companies like Sigma Aldrich will sell you practically anything - they do have platinum salts also.. But I am not sure if they are selling to individuals.
Website of sorts, as well as flickr thing.

I know a dealer in The Netherlands but at nearly €200/gram, their pricing is a bit steep.

Any reason I'd get in trouble putting Pt printing solutions in a checked bag from the US to Europe? I don't think they are corrosive or really poisonous unless the bottles break or spill but they would be well protected.

No reason besides customs, which often add unpredictable fees to any shipment.

Following the thread, Sigma Aldrich doesn't sell to poor photographers like me and any other supplier I know (i.e. locally) has outregeous prices (compared to those of Bostick&Sullivan).

I wonder if this chinese suppliers at alibaba.con are any good. Has anyone dealt with them?

Ending my year in the darkroom making some the biggest prints I have ever made...

ca 30x41" - Liquid emulsion on 300g paper. Then using hot coffee to re-melt especially in the background and let it dry again.. weaker coffee for the highlights..

Probably one of the best images I've seen in this forum.
I didn't know he was born in carrer Princesa. Rusiņol plays a big part in my town's history as he lived and developed most of his artistic life here.
I hope you made more prints that can be exchanged with fellow catalan photographers

Thanks for your comment, Ramiro. By chance I recently visited Cau Ferrat. What an incredible collection in such a tiny space.

I only made one print, and I gave it to some friends that are preparing a fundraising. Of course, I'll print more copies. We can talk then .
