    Developer shelf-life

I have a big jug of Arista Premium Liquid Film Developer that has not been diluted. It has been open for a little over a year. The jug is almost full. Is it shot or will it still work?

    Re: Developer shelf-life

By being opened if you mean that the bottle had been open at one time and the cap had been tightly replaced it may still be okay. I have had Tmax RS developer that had not been diluted but I slowly used well over the course of a year which remained okay. I've never used the developer you mentioned so I would use a test sheet before chancing an important negative just to remain on the safe side.
