Does the edge of a mud puddle count?

Two nice ones, Bob, that make for a sudden contrast.

BTW, when I saw your mud puddle, right after the Alaska shot, I remembered Prince William Sound.

I'm sure the Water's Edge is much cleaner today.

Lots of great images in this thread!

This one is from last weekend near a place called Peavine Falls in Oak Mountain State Park. I don't do a lot of color 4x5, but I had an expired box of Portra 160VC laying around, so I decided it to use it to capture something that said "Fall". It's a two minute exposure at f32 with a Caltar 180mm lens. I used a polarizer only as a neutral density filter to lengthen the exposure.

Very nice color work - I need a 4x5 reel badly (as I'm getting inconsistent results just setting my sheets in the drums).
