    pdmoylan, really nice. I live in SE PA and son goes to school in MD. I can identify with the landscape you presented. Nice colors and location.

    I think this is the kind of river that invites you to explore for miles. I'd hike down one side. Then hike back on the other.

    Appreciate your comments.

    MD, and PA for that matter, have very nice locations for this type of imaging. Negotiating these rocks, especailly after a rain or snow, is a challenge. But it is worth it.

    I agree that this 'little" river is exactly the kind to explore thoroughly; which is why I spend so much time in these locations.
