    13x18 film holder

I have only 5x7 film holder, but I found 13x18 films in EU are very cheap.

So I wonder If I can cut down 13x18 film for using 5x7 holder.

13x18 holder is really hard to find and so much expensive than 5x7 holder.

It's the other way around in EU to find 5x7" holders. So look for 13x18 holders here. It's much easier as to cut films.

The other compramise is half plate. 6 1/2x4 3/4 inches. The film's not that easy to find but modern film holders are cheap and plentiful and 5x7 film can be cut down. 5x7 film holders are a complete nightmare to find in the U.K. I've got a couple of 13x18 holders but they're on the thick side, they don't fit my B&J 5x7 so I'm hoping that they'll fit the Agfa Ansco thats on its way.
    Best wishes,

I just received 200 sheets of 13x18 Foma 100 from Freestyle at $69.00 per 50-sheet box. Had I had sufficient coin, I could have ordered Efke 100 at $59.00 per box, but there was a minimum order of 10 boxes. Foma had no minimum.

First, where do you live? That have a lot to do with shipping costs etc.
Now, in the EU, you have among others http://www.fotoimpex.de where you can find Foma and Adox CHS (rebranded Efke) in 5x7" and/or 13x18cm. They also have Ilford FP4 in both these sizes.
Another company (also in Germany) is http://wephota.de where you can find most of their b/w film in both the sizes you are looking for.
Color neg is more scarce, but is should be available somewhere. (I recon someone knows where to find it.)
