That is a great idea. Brooks put the layout in one of his LensWork Extended issues.

If you have any left, I would like to have ten the 8x and 10 of the 11x.

    Thanks

    Hi Jim,

    I received my folios today.

It was nice doing business with you. Thanks for the care in shipping.

I'm am going to try an do another run of folio covers if there's more interest. I'm out of both sizes. However, I will start a new thread on "Lenswork style folios - revisited."

    Re: Lenswork Folios

    Jim,

I like the idea. How are the images attached to the page? Are prints made and glued on, or can the pages be printed directly on an inkjet?

I was looking into making a high quality photo folio and I found a site that offered bound pages of basically inkjet pages that you could print directly to and bound into a book. They had two options for the cover. One was leather bound, the other was linen.
I can't remember the link, and I just tried to do a quick search and still couldn't find it, but if I do I'll post.

This folio idea seems like an even better option. I have tried some photo book makers in the past, iPhoto book, Blurb, and some others, and I was not satisfied with they way my images were printed through these services. That's when I discovered the inkjet pages folio - I want to say it was called Stonehinge or something like that. I could do my own printing and have complete control of the printing.

EDIT: OK I have read back a few threads and I see how this works. I was thinking it was like a book. I still think it's a great idea. Thanks.
