We eventually got some snow here in the north of Germany and I made a short trip yesterday to try my new camera stuff. I swithed to an Chamonix 045N-2 and a Shen hao back. I´m very pleased with both, exspecially because I can use longer lenses now on 6x17. These were shot with 75mm on 4x5 and 210mm on 6x17, both on Tmax 100

What beautiful photos. And didn't I just read a page before you indicating you were a LF beginner?? I can only hope to get this contrast, sharpness, tones (in snow!) and quality after 5 years of shooting LF. Well done sir. Keep it up!

Seems like me searching for a 150mm and 210mm, now I want a 90mm. Sigh. Too many decisions. Must budget....

Holden, nice image. Very curious about your use of cold water. Would be great if you could mention temps, times, dev. technique, etc. Thanks!

Will do when the technique is solid. For now its overexpose a stop, underdevelop by half in high dilution stand and chill the water. (around 65 F)
