Nice shot Gabe. Is it a little dark to me. I have a monitor calibrated to sRGB. You say you color correct based on Adobe. But the internet uses sRGB. So could the conversion defeat your calibration?

Histogram seems a little on the dark side.

Thanks Alan. Adobe RGB vs sRGB won't have any noticeable affect on the image histogram.

The image is purposefully somewhat dark, which matches my recollection of the conditions at the time. Bear in mind this was fairly late on an overcast day in October, and also the subject is in a heavily wooded gorge. Viewing it on a white background doesn't help though. Better to view it fullscreen on black.

    +1

I'm kind of with Alan, but it is up to you to render the scene as you see fit.

Great composition - I know from personal experience that photographing groups of trees is NOT like shooting fish in a barrel, although it seems it should be...
