It’s tough not to be overwhelmed there. I like your first one, it’s non-standard view but there is no doubt where you are.

heind61,
In the first shot I am already thinking of safety first ! You would not want to slip ...
Lovely shots all but my favourite is probably the third for the colours but followed closely by the first for the composition.
Rgds,
Safety first is correct. The problem with so many people visiting these places (at all times) is that as soon as you place the tripod with the camera you get surrounded by dozens of people trying to capture the masterpiece you are shooting. I had to select positions close to the edge with no room for others to get closer to me. The dancing shadows on the rock were a good subject for my cell phone.

I've started a new project deep in our local woods, looking at the trails with an old, but recently acquired Calumet wood field camera. This gives me a portable weight. I've fitted a Schneider 150mm lens to it and will concentrate on Rollei i.r. film. Exposures are 1-5 minutes. This is a scan of an Ilford print.

Very impressive tree bones Alex.
I don't think I've ever commented on your images, Alex, but I love 'em! Beautiful work!!
