Very interesting. Little dark for me, but I like it.

    Very nice. Looks spooky.

However, I discovered my Linhof film holders didn't fit the Mercury 4x5 camera properly, so I just kinda held the holder up to the back and gave it a go. Worked well enough (a tiny light leak in the corner, easily fixed in PS). I need to shoot more color here, as the earthy tones in the fog and misty morning light were quite nice.

On the second view, the walker silhouette increases the impression of gigantism given by the low and wide angle (150mm focal length), but in reality it is a bit less impressive. :-)

Thanks Steven. Good work on the GC image. I think that shows the strength of color neg over chromes. There's more foreground interest here than your other GC images IMO.

Here's an image I made on a short roadtrip this past week. This place is called Shaking Rock, and is located in Lexington, GA. This huge rock at one point could be moved with one hand as it was precariously placed on top of the granite outcropping. But at some point it finally succumbed to gravity and is no longer movable. I stop here every time I pass by, and this time finally had my 4x5.
