    If this is how these are being interpreted, then I've hit the bullseye! It is my goal to craft these images (Its been a summer-long set in the making) to convey a dark fascination: beautiful yet somehow sinister, threatening. In a sense, these are a metaphor for our current global situation.

    Owls Head Maine harbor at sunrise Sunday morning. It has sort of the color palette I like of Fitz Henry Lane. It also checks off the boxes for the golden hour I don't usually get up for, two light houses, boats, Penobscot bay, mountains, etc...

    I like the one that you think does no quite fit on the wall, and would really like to see a Platinum print of it, so as to pull ever nuance of tone out as best possible.
