    Kinda boring composition, but it accurately shows the peaceful splendor of an evening at the lake. Needs something a little wider than my 24-85.

    I went to St. Mark's Wildlife Refuge yesterday but it was a pretty crappy day to shoot - hot, humid, hazy, and the yellow flies were just ferocious. I wanted to see some Roseate Spoonbills that are there but I was out of luck. They were sighted about an hour before I got there and then disappeared. I hiked 3-4 miles around the pond they were at with no luck. I bagged a few boring shots but this was the only decent shot of the day:

    Also, I just uploaded a video on my YT channel linked below showing a few more photos and video from the day. I had my GoPro attached to the hot-shoe on the F5, which makes for a funny video with my lens sticking out like a cannon from below.
