    Thanks Austin , Martin & Chassis , I am finding that when i post on FLKR the contrast and brightness always appears a little lower than in photoshop so i have replaced this shot in FLKR , Interesting to see which you prefer only very slight change

    Both are nice, but I prefer the 2nd one by a little bit.

    I don't know why, but the light in that picture reminds me of the oddly luminous quality I associate with an impending thunderstorm. Very nice.

    Thanks for the feedback ,in future i will always go slightly brighter than i really want knowing when sent to flicker will look as i want it , Chrism the light is very much as you suggest there were a few distant lightning strikes on the water about five minutes before this shot was done , So you are right on the money

    Here is the 35mm XP2 at 3200. I don't care for the texture very much - it looks like 3200!

    I'll stick with 1600 for pushing 120 film, and I'll have to find out if the 35mm will tolerate 1600 or whether that ought to be limited to 800.
