Trying to get back into the hobby after a long pause but with astro setup. Don't have everything yet but did get the tripod and mount and took this with my DSLR setup. Excited about this new adventure.

    Good job Pali!

We had a somewhat clear night for the first time in over a month a couple nights ago, and I couldn't find my telescope's dang power cable for tracking!! I may have some extra cash to buy a smaller tracking mount for my DSLR or film cameras soon...

Nice Scott with your signature chocolate brown toning.

And Pali I didn't know you were into astro work. I always wondered what should the camera's color temperature be set for wide field or deep space pictures?

Thank you Bryan. It’s been cloudy in Md pretty much everyday too and even this photos was taken during brief moments of clouds clearing. Seeing conditions were very poor and I was shocked that I even got usable data.

Tin Can I’ll do my best to presentable images and post them here.

Tuco, I just got into it after a long pause with photography. I still don’t have my complete setup but the tripod and mount arrive a while ago so I gave it a test go with my DSLR setup. It’s quite a bit of fun and perfect for us analog tinkerer because the whole process is slowwww

That's a really good start, Pali!
