Okay so, I'm sorry if you're bored of Andromeda. I'm not though! We had unexpectedly clear skies last night with decently low turbulence and I was able to get about 2.5 hours of good imaging. Tonight is supposed to be even better and the local observatory is open so I'll probably spend all night there or until they kick me out getting more data and trying some other images, perhaps some widefield images of our galaxy on film. Anyway, here's my latest, taken with the Nikon D800E and adapted Pentax 6x7 400mm f/4 lens:
Very nice Bryan!
Looks very good
Keep it coming, Bryan!

Great image Bryan, keep them coming! I'm really impressed that you can capture that image with a D800E and a 400mm lens. What are you using to track the stars?

Yep, more.

Thanks all. Roger, the tracker I am using is a SkyWatcher EQ6R Pro. It's extremely heavy and capable of much larger loads. I've also used my telescope and DSLR rigged on top other times.
