    When last in Halifax 2009 the best restaurant I could find had terrible lobster

    Seems they sell the good ones elsewhere

    as I got far better in Chicago

    as a child I would not eat it and only played with them

    Hope you enjoy the first lobsters of the season! My youngest daughter lives in Hammonds Plains and always makes me envious by sending photos of her and husband savouring the first lobsters of the season.

    Sadly, last year I developed a new allergy to seafood, and dare not eat one. Curiously though, I have since acquired an entirely new immune system with the bone marrow transplant—so perhaps one day I'll be brave enough (with an Epipen close to hand) to see if that allergy has disappeared along with the old cadre of lymphocytes. In the meantime, more Tri-X in Diafine:
