Here's a very soft focus shot of flowers in our local park's rock garden built by the CCC back in the last century's great depression ... taken in the late afternoon. 4x5 Speed Graphic outfitted with a 49.5 cent f-3.8 magnifying glass lens given to me by Mark Sawyer.

Thanks ... I also still have the larger magnifying glass (this was in a set of two for 99 cents) ... If I get off my duff I'll get it mounted ... it's about right for 5x7.

And, thanks Jim and Mark ... I searched real hard in the finished photo hoping the pixie would appear in the shadow details ... but so far I haven't found her ... it would be a nice setting for her, I think.

That magnifying glass works really well Jim, nice Photograph. Hope this does not affect Jim's or Eddy's lens sells.
