Help with Sinaron S "DB" lenses

Are Sinaron S "DB" lenses made by Rodenstock as Sinaron S ( Copal ) are ?

I have bought a Sinar x with Sinaron S DB 180 and 240mm and want to know if they are as good as Rodenstock Sironar N lenses are.

They are the same lens.
