My Plecostemus (spelling?) committed suicide by jumping out of his home.

Found him on the floor, perfecly mummified. He now lives on top of the aquarium, silently reminding the others not to jump.

Same elk as above but on the living room wall. this is the paper negative and the contact print. I like the negative better.
    Which do you prefer?

I had a pet toad when I was a kid that met a similar fate. He got out and eluded two cats and a dog just to find his way fatefully into our unfinished family room that was being sheetrocked and sanded at the time. Little guy never had a chance in that gypsum wasteland.

Taken the day of my introduction to large format photography, October, 1953. I took a look around the yard using my father's 4x5 Sanderson wooden camera. B&L 7 inch lens, Isopan film, Pyro. Scan from 4x5 contact print.

Ha, you should also use this one to begin a "Thanksgiving" thread. Definitely one for me to study, considering my newfound interest in Zone III!
