    That's a very nice shot.

Not off topic at all. There are many interiors in this thread.
I think many shooters find it easier to shoot exteriors than interiors, particularly about lighting.

Nice images in your Flickr work.

    Thanks, Jim and Leigh.
Unfortunately, using tripods is prohibited in some of the churches, so shooting exteriors is easier.

Stas, that is incredible! I've never seen anything like it. I'd love to see that in person.
Your exposure is perfect. It must've been difficult to see the image on the groundglass in such a dark place. Great job!
Is that a portal above the altar? It looks like there's another room beyond.

Thanks, Peter. Yes, looking through G-Claron's F9 is not easy.
Most part of the success is the perfect lighting inside, so contrast is not that high. And, yes, there is a small room above the altar.

This is the sanctuary at the mission in San Miguel, Ca.
I'm getting used to the big blank window since I like the crop and can't do anything about it anyway.

Ok, here is my second attempt since the photo was too small in the first posting.

This is from a series of churches I shot this year in the suburbs of Seoul, South Korea.

So, does a synagogue count in a thread on churches?

This is Temple Concord in Syracuse, near Syracuse University. It was built in 1912 in, obviously, the classical revival style which helped to assure the assimilation of the congregation into the surrounding culture.
