    This image is submitted specifically for critique, so have at it! It is an attempt to be less literal, giving more of a hint of the story rather than the entire plot.

    In addition to any critique, can someone tell me how to get the image to appear a little smaller when posting from a URL? It seems that my images post (too) large, regardless of the pixel length of the longest side.

    Have you considered presenting this as a horizontal, with severe crop of top and bottom? I like the absence of clues to scale. In any event, very interesting photograph; I've returned several times to view.

    Thanks to those who took the time to comment. Merg, I'll print as is, and with a crop like you suggest, and hang them in my work space for a bit to see what I think.
