Made this out of one of the windows in my Sawyer Mills studio in Dover NH about 1986. This river originally provided hydro power to the textile mills which were converted to residences in the 1980s. When it poured over like this in fall and spring it vibrated the place so intensely that I could not make prints under the enlarger in my darkroom or time exposures in the studio. Well done! the New Croton Dam is one of my very favorite places to take photographs. It is a remarkable place, though I haven't had the chance to get there in the winter.
