Try Midwest Photo Exchange. I recall seeing one in their latest bulletin. I've always had good luck with purchases I've made through them.

Keep an eye on eBay. Only about 4-6 a year seem to show up there and everyone sets their reserve sky high so you won't pick up many bargains. That said, you don't see them very often any place else.
