Well, this is from a german perspective, and in the sequence of your question:
Dirk's Megaperls for Film, Bostick & Sullivan for alternative processes and Monochrom in Kassel right near to me for pretty much anything else.
As for custom shops, you're being too modest!
And I assume you mean actual auction HOUSES? Westlicht has never disappointed me.
Just my 0.02$ (that'll be 0.007€, muhaha!)
