I like the gang’s shadows on the rock, it adds an interesting dimension.

Loving my Ebony 810 RW camera!!! Apparently it had a colorful history, but I think it has a few good pictures yet to produce. I got it in incomplete condition and my good friend Jim Fitzgerald built a new back for it and put it all back together for me. I ground the focusing glass (gotta be good for something). Here is a picture from an undisclosed secret location, and another by my front door -- I love how the sun sets mahogany on fire! The camera looks pretty sweet fitted with the Tri Tran Signature lens!!!
What type of lens?
This is a Tri Tran Signature Pictorial Lens. It is the first new true soft-focus lens produced in close to a century. I am lucky to have just received mine. There is much discussion of this lens on this forum under the thread "My Dream Lens" here: https://www.largeformatphotography.i...-My-Dream-lens You can also get information on Tri Tran's website here: https://www.tritranphotography.com/tt-signature-lens If you are in (near?) the Los Angeles area, I would be happy to meet up with you to show off the lens system.
Hey Matt, I thought Jim got one just like it....hope to see some cool images from it.
