    getting 4x5 Ektachrome processing

    People,

I'm rural. Very. Deep western NY state. My faith/trust in my local photo shop is eroding. I'm getting my Ektachrome from B&H but think I'll soon need to mail it out somewhere for processing. Any suggestions in the Northeast? And suggestions for *packaging* it securely?

    Thanks,

    Denny

    getting 4x5 Ektachrome processing

I use Flatiron Color Lab in NYC because they are so cheap. Check out their web site for info. I've mailed film boxes as express letters without additional packaging materials and no ill effects. If i have several boxes to mail, i'll just put styrofoam around, like for other fragile stuff.
