    It was shot in an area with no direct light. so the exposure was lengthy. also, I used an old wide angle lens that was missing some interior elements. thanks

    I was gifted some 4x5 HIE recently. It's been in a freezer for 20 years. It is slightly fogged, but still usable.
    2nd pass lith - Ilford MGWT, Arista Lith.

    Well, that is encouraging! I have unopened boxes from its last year in frozen storage and had bad luck with the first shoot with it. Horrible, dominant fog. Once again I must review every bit of my handling of it. So many possibilities. I'm sure as I can be that the camera was IR opaque.
