Self portrait. Actually a 5 sec movie in mid-wave infrared (4 to 6 micron) taken with a camera I designed in 2011. So yes, it is digital and I have sinned.

I love the motion in the wild barley (?). That kind of thing used to drive me nuts when making photographs in the desert and the creosote bushes wouldn’t stay motionless. Now I think it’s great and really adds to the image.
