    Steeples and Smoke Stacks.

I was driving from Yorktown NY, to my home in Willimantic CT today after a 3 stop marathon of Easter eating. With a bloated belly and low gas tank I started to hit traffic in Waterbury CT, 20-30 mi south of Hartford. It was about 6ish and the light was beautiful. As I crested Waterbury I started to see a bunch of broken old mill windows off in the distance, some smoke stacks from old factories and mixed among the factories were steeples from some beautiful churches. I have to go back!! I really enjoyed the contrast of industrial revolution/Gothic/roman architecture.
Basically I want to see your photos of steeples and smoke stacks. Even if they are not in the same photo.
    cheers
    Tim
p.s. as soon as I get back to Waterbury I will post my photos.

Not quite as industrial as Waterbury, but here's a steeple from the other side of the continent, in Bodie, California.
