Thanks Bryan, it's been so long that I forgot how to post images on this site! I'll dust off some more and send them along soon!

Michael, you have made an exceptionally fine image. A pleasure to study.

Photographed on Ilford FP4, processed in Xtol 1:1 for 7.5 minutes. The film was exposed at 50 ASA.
Intrepid 8x10 used, with the Turner-Reich Gundlach 12" convertible lens at f32. Exposure was about 30 seconds.
That Gundlach 12" convertible lens is pretty remarkable, given its age (100+ years I believe) and the fact that the shutter is broken (two blades have broken off and been removed) and there is about 1/8" of balsam separation at the edges of the front lens group. None of that matters! Still performing beautifully.

Great image. That lens will continue to perform for another 100+ years. Reminds me of the old saying "If it ain't broke, why fix it"

I really like the waviness of the widest root (upper left), like it's cascading down the rocks.

Thanks Heroique. Every time I go there I invariably see something different.
