I like the new one as well--both shots do have me thinking about aspect ratio in terms of what works with 4x5 (or 6x7) vs. 1:2 or 1:2.5 (though I'm also guessing that your output size affects what "works" as well.)

BTW, speaking of pano's, there's a little birch grove on the AT between Russell Field and Spence that would be perfect for your 8x20...

Ha, I'll carry the camera if you carry the holders and tripod... To be honest, though, --given perfect light--I suspect the high country looks best in E6, while the streambeds show best in B&W. Wouldn't want to get the yips on a $50 sheet of film, though, after that kind of walk...

You'll regret that if I bring the 8x20

This was a first effort with a new-to-me 8x10 Agfa, 300 mm f/9 Nikkor M, TMax 100. The image is of an old orchard in Kennewick, WA, since removed for a strip mall. I used the VIDEC exposure system for development and exposure settings.Click image for larger version.

375Caltar - Highlands hammock good image by itself - I am not sure you meant to post same image twice but it looks great. Now try flipping the right one so that it provides mirror image as a diptych.
