Wow, what a thread. Love trees, though I most often have contact with the urban kind. I have recently made an 8x10 pinhole camera specifically for the purpose of taking pictures of the trees in my neighborhood:

These are shot on my sizeable stock of outdated Kodak Polycontrast RC paper, processed in HC-110, scanned and reversed in computer.

I like the sense of time, Bill, that the blowing grass and tree branches gives your image. Sort of a natural soft-focus lens created temporally rather than optically. Nicely composed and balanced.
