It was during the day, but with a polariser and a 3-stop ND.

The wind took away all the sharpness so I plan on trying again...

Just a question: why a ND filter for a 7 minutes exposure? Which effect do you achieve?

Sorry, the dev time was 7 minutes. The exposure time was 2 minutes (due to being at f22, iso 50, 2-stop CF, and a 1.5 stop polariser).
