    Cyanotype
Something in blue, size ~8x10" out of a 4x5" negative.

I pass this willow everyday with my bike and sometimes strong winds or storms broke something out of it. It is changing continously.

My favorite spot in Amicalola Falls State Park. The sun didn't come out for me as the clouds broke due to a fog bank but the dew on the kudzu was interesting so I worked with it.

Those broad leaf plants and uniform carpet of deciduous trees gives me the feeling of a tropical location.
For my likes, Fall has been terrible here this year. It has been raining since the start of Sept and generally colder than I can recall. That makes for ugly fall colors here on the west side of the cascades. The leaves turn muddy brown quickly in general for a lot of trees.

It feels pretty tropical in the summer, especially of late. We've had almost no rain though - I don't know how that'll affect the fall colors. We usually have color change ramp up late in October here. In the last two years, the leaves have changed beautifully in one weekend, and then a big rainstorm hit hard the following week and they were all gone. I'm always hoping for a bit more time.

The dew on the kudzu - I don’t think I’ve ever seen that line before. I’m stealing it. Great image.
