    The foreground tree here is the same one as in my post on the previous page of this thread. After living with these images for a bit, I'm finding them interesting, but not particularly compelling. One thing that occurs to me, that I didn't want to color the previous post by bringing up, is that the trees remind me very much of bloated dead livestock or game animals laying by the side of the road!

    In my neighborhood there are remnants of the apple orchard that stretched for a good distance many decades ago. At the back of my property is one of the original trees, now gone wild.     I too find this photo quite appealing - well done! If it were mine, I'd consider cropping a little off the left side, top and bottom. Left side to change the balance a little, top and/or bottom to retain approximately the aspect ration you have now.
