    You're probably right about the spiders. We have perennial daisies and pink coneflowers in our garden. Sometimes a tiny (3-4 mm) crab spider will be hiding in the middle, waiting for a flower fly to come by. They always match the color of where they are on the plant perfectly.
    Where are we going?

    x-ray film - 5x7 camera- full bellows extension of 54 cm -

    I used a Nikon 100mm series E at f/2.8 from my Nikon Fm 2...and at that macro use, amazingly, it covered 5x7 and produced one of my favourites photos so far.

    Camera used: Intrepid 5x7 with the 6 & 3/8" Kodak Anastigmat lens, at f11.5. Exposure: 1/2 second.
