    Another try with more lights as well as a two second pre-flash. The scanner banding is much worse on this one for some reason.

    Century 10A 8x10, 11" R.J. Beck RR, paper negative.

    Thanks. I feel like I'm getting better at all of this even after (ahem!) thirty years of doing it, which is encouraging.

    EDIT: Since the whole thing is still set up from last night, here is a shot of the living room at the moment. When I say I have a patient wife, now you know why. I'm beginning to understand why people have large studio spaces for photography.

    Corn flower

    I had some forgotten Delta 100 in one of the holders (maybe 1 year old) and wanted to see if still good.
    Got myself started and brewed some D23 and start working

    Or no, forger that, even better a good book or a dinner by candle light (after you cleaned up the room, that is).
    She probably had enough flowers in her living room for now ...
