Just let it keep going without wondering or thinking about it.... It's just natural that way.

I definitely don't think about it or question it, but it seems that when it stops, it stops.

    Re: Flowers Anyone?

Citizens Photo finally reopened so I was able to get a backlog of color film developed. It's been so long since I shot color that I practically forgot how to scan it. My black and white workflow is pretty much dialed in, but color? Not so much. With my dwindling stash of LF color emulsions I doubt I'll get enough practice before I run out.

    That is great!

I have never had much success scanning color. Hoping that changes when I go from my (no longer working) Epson v500 to an Epson v700. I think I am going to start using vuescan as well. Should help, especially with color.

Did you use a filter? What color and quality light did you use?

I have stopped shooting color for that reason. Impossible to get a good scan out of my v700. Terrific stuff Jonathan!

Jonathan - really loved your last B&W image and then you posted the color which is amazing. I like both of thme but prefer the color.

Do you think we should start a new thread on scanning work flow for those of us who are interested in discussing color scanning with Epson? I struggled with it myself but have a process now that provides very consistent results.
