    Wollensak Raptar Series 1a 13" (330mm)

I have a version of this lens (military) that has only one apeture scale (f/6.8) mounted in an Alphax shutter. I am hoping a forum member has a standard version with all three scales.
I would like to obtain a one to one copy of the scales to add to my lens by engraving or laminating. thanks Lynn

I think I have one. I was pleased to be able to buy it, until it arrived. It has the most distressed lens surface I have ever seen (atmospheric acid?) as well as a bum shutter. I don't remember whether it has all the scales or not. I'll look and if I can find it and if it has all the scales, I'll take off the plate and loan it to you. It doesn't need the plate in order to serve as a doorstop or something.

    Lynn,

    I have one. The rear element 20" starts with f12.5, then 16, 22, 32, 45 and ends at 64. The front element 25 1/2" starts with f16, then 22, 32, 45 and 64.

On the scale, it's something like this:

    64 45 32 22 f16 25 1/2 "
    64 45 32 22 16 f12.5 20"
    644532 22 16 11 8 f6.8 13"

Thanks for your quick reply and generous offer. Sorry to hear about the condition of your lens.
I can send a SASE for you to send the scale or send a copy of the shutter face with the front element removed. LYNN

Thanks Hugo, My lens scale is the same as yours with the 6.8 scale along the outside edge of the shutter, only the other scales are blank. Lynn
