    Minimum Focus Distance

    If I have 359mm of bellows draw, what is the minimum focus distance for a 300mm lens?

    It may be easy to figure out but not for me.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jim

    Re: Minimum Focus Distance

    I hope I get this right.

    1/fo + 1/fi = 1/f

    f = focal length
    fo = object distance
    fi = image distance (bellows draw)

    About 1.8 meters to answer your question.
