    Re: New Bellowsmaking Book

We keep trying to have a meeting of the local cheapskates club but nobody wants to chip in for the hall rental... And don't even ask me about the procrastinator's club, gee whiz, those guys never get anything done!

Anyway, I'll be emailing you so you can attach the files.

I don't think Rob is cheap, he is just being careful about his purchase.

    "Hi Rob:

Now folks here is a man after my own heart. Rob, I am also cheap. And only an honest man admits to being cheap."

Would you consider making one or two pages available for public viewing? Obviously don't pick some pages that give it all away! Pick a page or two (maybe just a paragraph or two) that clearly illustrate your writing style and the book's quality.

I really enjoy using the preview feature on Amazon.com. I think it has saved me from buying some stinkers in the past (not that you are a stinker, I'm just cheap ).

$35 for a book isn't much but these days, with my current cash flow, $35 is enough that I think twice about spending it...

Thanks and good luck all around with your books sales.

    Rob

What's the price for knowledge? I'm sure, Barry is unlikely to sell thousands of copies (glad to be wrong), but spend hundreds of hours to share his knowledge. $80 is a small price for anyone who wants to know.

On the other hand, if you need quality bellows for a good price, yes, go to Camera Bellows in Birmingham. They made a new set for my Linhof for $150, and it's better than the Linhof bellows ever were.

Nope, I'm cheap. But "tightwad" might be a better adjective.
Thanks again Barry. (And picky too. )

Actually, when I decided to self publish, I reduced the price to $35. I am going to try Lulu to publish this work. We will see what happens to the price.

    Thank you.
