    Grants

Is it that I am Google challenged or there are very few grants for Art anymore?
I am talking of course Government grants.

I am trying to find venues for completing my project on Venice, Italy and a grant is the best possibility I see at the horizon.
By the way the part of the project is now in my site at http://www.dfoschisite.com/portfolios/portfolios.htm# ( then click on the Venice Link) and of course the images are for sale ;-)
A limited edition of 25 pieces per size.

Going back to the original topic about the Grants...,I really wish the next president of the US will be anybody but the one we have now.

    Domenico,

Can't help you much with the grants, but I will say the work is beautiful ( as always ).

Of that I think we can be sure. Whether or not the next one is art friendly is anyone's guess.

I wouldn't be so sure, Bruce.

Eric, thank you for the comment. This is a project that I really have at heart and I must go back there and finish what started.

Going one step beyond Paul's help you may also want to take a look at www.guidestar.org ... Guidestar is an organization that catalogues and maintains a search engine of nonprofit organizations. You can use their internal search engine to find organizations that give the sorts of grants you are seeking, then, by going to the stored infoon that organization, look at their tax filings and get the contact names you need to cut through lots of the red tape fast.
