I believe the fitting is call a bi-post. Paramount might have a flash cord in that fitting but it depends on what type of flash you want to use. Most bi-post cords go to what is called a household plug (2 blade). This type of fitting was very common in the 30's--50's until everyone standardized on the PC connection. There were also other types of flash connections in those days.
Ok...Thx for the info. I'm guessing most flashes can fit this? Not sure...

Yes, the bi-post to pc cord will allow you to connect to modern flash units, remote triggers, et al.
People say that the bi-post is identical to many electric shaver cords, so you might be able to adapt one of those. I haven't tried that, though.
I use the same 108 lens on my Printed 4X5
Here is a Honeywell Flash for Flashbulb with battery and wrong adapter
and a picture shot with that combo years ago
The modern flash on the right recharges and the Flash is durable, meaning reusable
Notice similar reflectors that fold

Plastic cameras with the 108
I calibrate them for 5 feet, use a wire finder and flash
Plenty of DOF
I just guess 5 feet
