    Really interesting to see the diversity of design.
    Like the aspect - that they were shot at night.

    I find it interesting that few long closed drive-ins were reopened due to the Covid 19 lockdowns, and are continuing to show movies even now.
    As a baby brother I got to see a lot of movies at the Starlite Drive-in while chaperoning my teenage sisters out on dates with their boy friends.

    Then there was always the one kid every father said NO to as date material - he drove a Rambler. The seats folded flat.

    I mostly remember watching Bullitt the movie 1968 and pushing hard on MY brakes

    and the back seat of my VW Bug
