Help Identify Lens Issue.. Can it be cleaned?

Hello,

I have a Sigma 70-210mm f2.8 APO lens and it has blue haze not sure if its actually a haze.

When taking a picture it look good when not againts the light, but when facing a bright source the image gets glare, white contrast and soft.

It probably can be cleaned -- but you need the tools and skills to do it, and likely you will need a service manual too. It's not something I would try.

which surface is the haze on?... between cells, between elements?
